Fauna Marin Phos 0.04 is a new compound granules, which safely removes excessive phosphates and yellow substances from the aquarium cycle. The unique feature in the Phos 0.04 is the safety, as with it's use the Po4 value can not fall to 0.00. Therefore Phos 0.04 is safe, while extremely effective.The catched molecules are tightly bound to the material and not re-released, so the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept at the desired level.
The result: unwanted algae growth is effectively prevented and corals can grow develop their natural colors.
DOSAGE:
Strart with 50 ml Phos 0.04 / 100 liters of water, and after 5 days you increase the amount of up to 100 ml / 100 liters of water.
We highly recommend to check the Po4 content regularly with home test kit, and apply changes in your aquarium always slowly and carefully!
The best way to use Phos 0.04 is in a media - fluidized bed - reactor. The recommended flow rate is: 100 - 200 liters/h (the slower the better)
When the level of Po4 starts to rise again after its application, its time to replace Phos 0.04 with fresh material.
